Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers some stunning views from its neat and clean rooms with hardwood floors. The staff provides excellent service, although some inconsistencies were noted in the dining experience. Its location is superb, especially for exploring 'the bund' area, but a bit far from the subway. The dining selection was limited, but the hotel boasts a family-friendly atmosphere.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The views of both the Bund and Pudong were stunning, but the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The service was a bit inconsistent, but overall good. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the Bund and Pudong skyline, although the hotel lacked some additional amenities. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were decent.
The hotel room was very clean, and the hotel staff were also very polite and helpful, but there was a discrepancy in reservations. The location is superb with a close proximity to tourist areas, overlooking 'the Bund. ' The dining experience is very orientated toward Chinese cuisine.
I was pleasantly surprised by the modern rooms on the higher floors with partial views of the Bund, exceeding my expectations in location and style. The glass separation in the room side added a unique touch. However, the unfriendly and unhelpful service experience was a downside to an otherwise extreme close proximity to the Bund.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice enough for the price, but it was very smokey on arrival. The service was friendly, although the staff didn't fully understand my dietary preferences. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Bund, offering stunning views. The dining options were decent, with beautiful views of the Bund, but I wished for more non-Chinese choices.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a noticeable musty smell in the bathroom and hallways. However, the hotel staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location was superb, overlooking 'the Bund,' and dining options were more inclined towards Chinese cuisine. Service was friendly, though some staff members seemed inexperienced. Additionally, the facilities provided were satisfactory.
Wow, my stay was incredible! The hotel is amazing, with breathtaking views over the financial district and the river. The room on the 17th floor had everything you could wish for - two bedrooms, a workroom, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen; perfect for two people. However, the service could use a bit more training to be truly exceptional.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely furnished, offering a spectacular view. However, there was occasional noise from a nearby business. The hotel's location is fantastic, just beside the river and the Wai Bai Du bridge, making it easy to explore the city center and the promenade. The dining experience was good, with a variety of Asian and Western dishes. The service was adequate, though there were some language barriers at times.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making me feel right at home. The service was friendly, although some staff members could benefit from additional customer service training. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Bund and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a mix of local and international cuisine offered. Overall, the facilities were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very interesting, complete with a kitchen and living room, very nice and clean, with plenty of power points and good wifi, facing the Bund river. The service was a bit lacking at times but still manageable. The location was great for exploring Shanghai, though a bit far from the subway. The dining experience was average, nothing to write home about. The facilities were decent, but nothing extraordinary.
